"Path to the Nations" is the NavMissions process for identifying, connecting, and preparing new staff for international assignments. From the time a person shows interest in serving cross-culturally until departure for their ministry location, Path to the Nations is designed to be a relationally-focused and developementally-biased process. We invest in people so that they can invest in the nations.
