Twenty below is not the kind of weather you want to be exposed to for very long while visiting Fargo, ND.  Twenty Below Coffee is the type of coffee you want to keep putting into your cup when you are there.

Ty and Elisha, ERW alumni, are pursuing a start-up in Fargo, ND.  They participated in the Spring 2014 Entrepreneurial Readiness Workshop.  The business is Twenty Below Coffee and they are planning to open their doors on April 11, 2015.  Their business is planted in the heart of the city and built on the ideas of – Community, Coffee, and Customers.

The business is composed of several different components, all of which include excellently roasted speciality coffee!  Locally, they are roasting, delivering and shipping beans before the store opens.  They are also being tagged as the go-to coffee provider in several gatherings around town.

We received a sample pack of different blends from the "pre-production roast" in the office and we're pleasantly surprised at the smooth quality of the coffee.  How could we go back to Starbucks now...  We now know they have upped their game since then and look forward to tasting some of the fresh blends soon.

As they close their founding members drive this week, it will be exciting to see how they live out their passion for the welfare of the city.  Check out their heart for coffee and Fargo:
Twenty Below Coffee has a very active Facebook presence... follow all the action of their launch there!
By the way, we are drinking the Ethiopian blend right now.  Enjoy!
